The need for nurses is great today, but it will reach a critical point in the near future. In fact, by some estimates another 500,000 nurses will be needed by 2025. This course acknowledges the challenges that both new nurses and experience nurse face when working together, and offers information about preceptor, mentoring, residency and internship opportunities that can be leveraged to help make the transition for the new nurse a success.
