This research-based exercise DVD is designed to encourage adults and senior adults to start and/or maintain a life-enhancing physical activity program. It provides a self-paced exercise workout that concentrates on 4 recommended areas:

~ Endurance
~ Strength
~ Stretching

Chaptered for easy access to any of the four sections, the DVD can be done in 10-minute sessions throughout the day, or as a full 30-minute workout.
