COMPLEMENTARY CHILDCARE: VACCINATIONS
Dr. Peter Mansfield, M.D., guides viewers through this program that examines the on-going debate, to vaccinate or not. He explains what vaccines are, what the pros and cons are, and that the idea of a vaccine is to imitate the disease in such a way that a child gets the protection without real-life exposure.

In Part 1, we meet Myfanwy Foster, whose second daughter, Perditer, ended up having Whooping Cough after being routinely vaccinated. Christina Head, a Homeopath, studied the girl's family history and using various Homeopathic remedies help the child overcome this problem.

In Part 2, we learn Georgina, Mrs. Foster's oldest daughter, who too was vaccinated for Whooping Cough, also came down with the cough; then her baby son, Horatio, who was not vaccinated, also came down with Whooping Cough. Fortunately, antibiotics, and a Homeopathic remedy administrated by Ms. Head, helped the children.
