Children love to play outdoors; there are always so many wonderful things to do. In this story Harey and his friends, Scampi, Chips and Pillow, are trying their best to rake leaves on a windy day, when Harey decides it would be much more fun to fly a kite; this leads all of them to learn a constant lesson that all children need to learn: "being safe is no accident."
The three safety lessons identified by Safety Educator Alyssa Kelly include:
1. If you find yourself in a scary situation - try not to panic. Try to stay calm.
2. Never run if you can't see where you are going.
3. Always fly a kite in a safe location.
