Be a GEM is designed to help learners develop three key leadership qualities that will strengthen any team and build respect for the 'GEM'. While GEMS are all too rare in our working lives, we very quickly know them when we see them. Psychologist Eve Ash explains how you can be a GEM in the workplace and create value wherever you go.
