WORLD'S BEST FESTIVALS, THE: SAN FERMIN, RIO CARNIVAL, ST PATRICK'S DAY & AUSTIN CITY LIMITS
Festivals are one of the most popular ways to experience different cultures around the world. Every destination has it's own unique festival, with visitors traveling from near and far for film festivals, music festivals, food, and more. Each of these festivals has its own history, from brand new music festivals to traditions that have been going on generations.

There's more than one reason to celebrate so let's go on a journey and experience a different side of international cultures through their festivals. See how the world celebrates the arts, seasons, music, food, anniversaries, fashion or what makes their region unique. Each episode explores 4 international festivals and ends with a segment about etiquette and how to get the best out of any festival.

San Fermin In the city of Pamplona, Spain, one of the most exciting events is the festival of San Fermin, Pamplona's patron saint, the Running of the Bulls which happens from the second day until the last day of the festival every morning at 8 am.

Rio Carnival considered to be the biggest carnival in the world. About two million come to Rio for this event and the entire city just turns into a host of a huge five-day long party.

St. Patrick's Day If you see shamrocks, Irish flags waving, and everybody wearing green, it's St. Patrick's Day Every March 17th is a worldwide celebration for Ireland's patron saint.

Austin City Limits Another awesome music festival takes the form of Austin City Limits Music Festival at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. There's really no specific genre of music, it became a two-weekend festival and the festival falls on the first and second weekends of October.
