Case One: Porphyria – The Psychiatric Perspective Edited highlights of a clinical case presentation including interviews with the patient, her father and a physical examination. Following a natural break, the programme concludes with a resume of the diagnosis and facts about Porphyria.
Case Two: Parkinson's Disease and Depression Dr Dawson introduces the presentation, and then there is an interview with the patient followed by an assessment of the clinical situation. Interview illustrates the impact of multiple disorders and the interplay between them and effects of treatment.
Case Three: Hypomania Edited highlights of a case presentation. Interview with patient having been in hospital for one week. Follow up interview some years later, with patient and carers. Shows impact of chronic illness on family.
