In this program we'll learn the statistics of texting and driving and proper cell phone use in the workplace. We will learn tips to ensure safety when using a cell phone. And yet, despite the risks of injuring one's self, a passenger, a pedestrian or those in another vehicle, the majority of teen drivers seem to ignore cell phone driving restrictions. Talking on a cell phone while driving can slow your reaction time. Employers are encouraged to create policies that ensure their employees with company vehicles have driver safety training as well as guidelines for cell phone use. The training only be effective if enforced.
