Collin Campbell, shows casein in milk increases the chance of getting cancer in human. He says drinking more milk increases the chance of prostate cancer. But plant proteins from green vegetables and soybeans do not have similar effect. Advises people not to blindly follow a western diet. Shows children who, unknowing to their parents, are allergic to milk. Shows also a study which reveals that there is no correlation between milk consumption and bone fractures.
