Profile Ho Loy who was convicted of criminal damage while she was fighting to preserve the Star Ferry pier. Shows her continued efforts to fight for the preservation of heritage architecture including the Queen's Pier and the Wan Chai market. She tells how she, a single mother, raises her young daughter Riva. She expresses her parenting philosophy and criticizes Hong Kong parents for being over-protective, stifling their childrens free thinking and independent decision-making.
