2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be processed and shipped right after we receive it. The normal delivery time is around 4-8 weeks depending on availability of stock. If you require any other delivery methods, please call to make the necessary arrangements.

3. What are the different modes of payments?
A. Offline purchase for Institution
1) If you are interested by one of our products, send us an Email or a Fax enquiry.
2) After reception of your mail, we will then issue a Quotation.
3) Should you be satisfied and decide to proceed Fax/Email us the agreed quotation or place you order.
4) We will then ship the chosen items along with an invoice within 4-8 weeks after the order date.
5) Ultimately post your cheque within 45 days after reception of your order.

B. Offline purchase for Institution with Prepayment
1) Email/Fax us an enquiry over the products you would like to purchase.
2) We will then issue Proforma Invoice that you should receive in a short notice.
3) The next step you have to perform is to make your payment to the bank. Then you will fax us the bank slip and subsequently place your order.
4) After reception of the necessary documents your purchase will be shipped with delivery note within 4-8 weeks after payment.

C. Online purchase by VISA/Master Card
1) Email your enquiry.
2) As soon as we take cognizance of your enquiry we will Issue a Proforma Invoice.
3) After receiving it you will go to Paypal website online in order to perform your payment.
4) Then we will send you an email confirming our reception of your payment and order
5) At the end of the ordering and payment process the goods will be dispatched with a delivery note within 4-8 weeks after payment.

D. Offline purchase by VISA/Master Card
1) Email/Fax us an enquiry over the products you would like to purchase.
2) We will issue Proforma Invoice in Hong Kong Dollars and the credit card authorization form that you should receive in a short notice.
3) Then you need to fax us the complete credit card authorization form and the confirmed proforma invoice.
4) After reception of your payment, the goods will be dispatched with a delivery note within 4-8 weeks.

4. What are the procedures for VISA/Master Card payment at Paypal?

The Refund Payment option is only available for 45 days after the payment was sent. After that period, the client cannot be refunded.

5. How is shipping and handling calculated?
Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the region you are ordering from. As a consequence the farther you are the higher the shipping and handling costs incurred. 7. Can I return the materials we purchase which are damaged or defective?
This is obviously a possibility! If a videotape/DVD/CD-ROM/VCD you purchased is damaged or defective, return it to us within 30 days and we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible. You must then verify your tapes as soon as you receive them, so that any problems can be sorted out promptly.

8. What discounts are available?
We may waive shipping and handling if your order amounts to more than USD 2000. Discounts may also be available on purchases in bulk.

9. Do you produce materials in Spanish or other languages?
Yes. A number of our popular programs are now available in Spanish. We aim to broaden the range of product available in other languages. Most of our products are currently available in English and Chinese but we will certainly develop and diversify our products and the languages available in the medium-term.

11. What is a copyright? In what extent am I affected by a copyrighted product?
When you purchase a product, you not only obtain a VHS/DVD/VCD/CD-ROM but you also acquire a licensed copy of its content. Whilst the proprietor, not the purchaser/end-user owns the copyrights, you do not have to hassle about anything for when you purchase an item you also acquire all the necessary rights for screening of the material in a definite and delimited area such as a university, school, library etc¡K You are reminded that the rights you have acquired only allow you to use this material for educational purposes. You are not authorized to use the programs you purchase for sale, publication or screening to the public or in a theatre.

12. What is a site licence and why is it compulsory for me to have one?
You may need to use your program within the building or campus of your institution/organization. Doing so doesn't pose a problem since your program you purchased from us is licensed for such purposes. Should you transmit that program to another site or to other sites via closed circuit, you are legally bind to acquire a site licence so as not to impinge on the law. Contact us if you require a site licence for closed synchronous delivery of a program when used at multiple locations.
